Korovai Fruit and Hazelnut Bread: #192 of 1000 Sustainable Food Experiments

Korovai is a braided, decorated fruit bread often served at Russian or Ukrainian weddings. This one is filled with raisins, orange peel, cranberries and hazelnuts.
